1. Lee Boom Soo
Who doesn’t know this man, a man with a high skill in acting. He’s not too handsome but he has his own charisma in bringing every role that he played through out his carrer in film or drama, not to mention his additional talent in singing is quite good. I put Lee Boom Soo as my top list in Best actors because of those 2 factors. First time a watch him was on a film titled “My Wife is A Gangster” he was quite young at that time, and no doubt that he has a good acting skill in that film also. So Ji Sub, what can I say for this man, surely he's handsome and of course he's really great in what he does which is acting but not quite in singing. I put him in my list because of his talent in acting and not singing, I consider singing is one of his additional side, eventhough it's not good enough. I saw him in his drama What Happened in Bali, but at that time he's was not the lead actor. So, after a while I saw him back on his movie Rough Cut, with Kang Jhi Hwan, It was good, I like the story line, the visual of the movie, and certainly both actor role. And the latest I saw him on Master of The Sun, I really see He's totally in to his character. Great job Ji Sub ... !

Kim Woo Bin, I saw him first time on The Gentlemans Dignity, but he showed not much on that drama, makes me not to remember much about him. But when hw appeared on The Heirs, I became more concern about Kim Woo Bin acting skill rather that the lead actor act.... which is probably most female adore. In The Heirs Kim Woo Binn look really support him to played the role of an arrogant chebol, yet had a sensitive side that need an affection. Kind cute, in the Gentleman dignity he also played a role of a student that kind of naughty yet need some affection also, not too different than from his role on The Heirs.
